Tour Excursion Participation Agreement

This land excursion is operated by an independent third-party tour provider located in Antigua.

Élevé Experiences arranges participation in this excursion as a convenience for guests but does not own, control, operate, or manage the vehicles, guides, venues, or services provided.

All transportation, activities, and services are delivered by the local supplier.

 Participation in this excursion involves inherent risks that may include, but are not limited to:

• Transportation by motor vehicle
   
• Walking on uneven or natural terrain
   
• Exposure to weather conditions
   
• Food and beverage tastings
   
• Interaction with the public
   
• Changes in schedule or itinerary
   

By choosing to participate, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with this excursion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants agree to release and hold harmless:

• Élevé Experiences
   
• Cheryl Cooper
   
• Any employees, contractors, or representatives
   

from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to participation in this excursion, including but not limited to bodily injury, illness, death, property damage, delay, or financial loss.

Payment for this excursion is non-refundable once submitted.

Refunds, credits, or changes are governed solely by the policies of the third-party tour operator.

Élevé Experiences is not financially responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes resulting from:

• Weather conditions
   
• Port schedule changes
   
• Ship delays
   
• Government actions or restrictions
   
• Minimum participation requirements
   
• Participant lateness or missed departure

Participants confirm they are medically fit to participate in the excursion.

Participants are solely responsible for:

• Personal medical expenses
   
• Emergency evacuation costs
   
• Adequate travel insurance coverage
   

Élevé Experiences does not provide medical coverage.

Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Élevé Experiences from any claims or legal actions arising from their own actions, negligence, or failure to follow instructions during the excursion.

 Photographs or video may be taken during the excursion for promotional or marketing purposes.

By participating, you grant permission for such content to be used by Élevé Experiences unless you formally opt out in writing prior to the excursion date.

 This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia. 

Participation in this excursion is voluntary and not required as part of your cruise vacation. 

By agreeing to participate and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted the terms of this Participation Agreement.
