BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

At Élevé Experiences, my goal is to design beautifully curated journeys with clarity, confidence, and care. These Terms & Conditions outline the expectations, responsibilities, and policies that protect both you and your travel investment. Please review them carefully before signing your Travel Service Agreement in TravelJoy.

1. Role as Your Travel Advisor

Élevé Experiences and its independent advisors (“we” or “us”) serve as travel planning consultants and booking agents for the airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation companies, and other service providers (“Suppliers”) included in your itinerary.

Because each Supplier operates independently, we’re not responsible for their actions, delays, schedule changes, cancellations, or financial decisions—including the issuance of refunds or future travel credits. All bookings are governed by the Supplier’s own terms, policies, and refund rules.

Suppliers may interrupt, modify, or cancel travel plans for reasons outside of our control, including operational issues, government actions, or public health guidelines.Discover the incredible marine life of Eleve Experiences on our scuba diving tours. Explore colorful coral reefs and swim alongside exotic sea creatures in some of the most beautiful waters in the world.

2. Pricing & Payment Policies

• Pricing Before Deposit

Quotes and pricing are not guaranteed until your deposit is applied to your reservation with the Supplier. Prices may increase at any time before payment is made.

• Pricing After Deposit

Once your initial deposit is applied by the Supplier, your rate is typically secured—except for Supplier-imposed adjustments such as port fee or tax increases, or if your deposit is paid after the stated due date and a new stateroom or room category must be secured.

• Final Payments

All final payments must follow the Supplier’s payment schedule. If your payment is late, your booking may be canceled and deposits may be forfeited according to the Supplier’s policies.

3. Travel Documentation Requirements

It’s your responsibility to ensure all required identification and travel documents are accurate and valid for your trip.

Passports

  • A valid passport is required for international travel and some cruises.

  • Many destinations require 6 months of validity beyond your travel dates.

  • Passport and visa requirements vary—please confirm appropriate documentation with the U.S. Department of State and the destination’s government authority.

Names & Accuracy

All travel documents must match your passport or government-issued ID exactly. Incorrect names, dates, or details may result in cancellation or additional fees. Review your confirmation carefully and notify us immediately of any errors.

REAL ID for Domestic Flights

If using a state-issued ID for U.S. domestic flights, verify REAL ID compliance at www.tsa.gov/real-id.

E-Tickets

Most airline e-tickets expire one year from the issue date unless fare rules state otherwise.

4. Flights & Airport Requirements

To avoid loss of seating or denied boarding:

  • Reconfirm your flights 24 hours before departure

  • Arrive at least 2 hours early for domestic flights

  • Arrive at least 3 hours early for international flights

  • Be at the gate no later than 30 minutes before departure

5. Health, Entry Requirements & Travel Restrictions

You’re responsible for understanding and complying with all health, vaccination, testing, and entry requirements for each destination on your itinerary. This may include:

  • Health screenings

  • Online authorizations

  • Vaccination documentation

  • Testing requirements

  • Quarantine rules

  • Government entry forms

  • Airline health declarations

Suppliers and destination authorities may deny boarding or entry if required criteria aren’t met. Additional costs associated with health protocols are your responsibility.

For current guidance:

  • Centers for Disease Control: www.cdc.gov/travel

  • U.S. Department of State: www.travel.state.gov

  • IATA Travel Regulations: www.iatatravelcentre.com

6. Assumption of Risk

Travel always carries inherent risks—weather, illness, political unrest, mechanical issues, natural events, and other unpredictable circumstances. Élevé Experiences has no special knowledge of unsafe conditions and cannot guarantee your personal safety. You acknowledge that you travel at your own risk.

7. Travel Protection (Highly Recommended)

I recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, baggage, and Supplier default. Élevé Experiences is not an insurance provider and is not responsible for the interpretation or payment of claims.

All claims must be submitted directly to the insurance company.

8. Cancellations, Changes & Fees

Cancellations

All cancellation requests must be submitted to Élevé Experiences in writing. Supplier penalties always apply and vary by itinerary, cruise line, airline, or tour operator. Many bookings become nonrefundable at final payment.

Changes

Once booked, any change—name, date, room category, or sailing—may incur Supplier-imposed change fees. These fees are the client’s responsibility.

9. Credit Card Transactions & Chargebacks

By authorizing a payment through Élevé Experiences, you agree not to pursue a chargeback for services provided. If a Supplier fails to deliver services or declares bankruptcy, your remedy rests with the Supplier and/or your insurance provider.

If a chargeback is initiated after service is provided, you agree to reimburse Élevé Experiences for any resulting expenses, fees, or legal costs.

10. Additional Fees & Local Taxes

Some taxes, resort fees, parking fees, and incidental charges cannot be collected in advance and will be due at the destination. Hotels and rental agencies typically require a credit card imprint at check-in.

 11. Right to Refuse Service

Suppliers reserve the right to deny service to travelers who:

  • Lack proper documentation
  • Display unsafe or disruptive behavior
  • Appear intoxicated
  • Have certain medical conditions or communicable illnesses

These decisions are at the Supplier’s sole discretion and may result in forfeited payments.

12. Responsibility & Limitation of Liability

By authorizing a payment through Élevé Experiences, you agree not to pursue a chargeback.

Élevé Experiences does not own or operate the Suppliers that provide your travel services. All transportation, accommodations, tours, and experiences are delivered through independent third-party Suppliers.

We are not liable for:

  • Supplier negligence or failure to perform

  • Injury, illness, loss, or damage

  • Delays, strikes, weather, mechanical issues, or force majeure events

  • Changes to itineraries caused by operational needs

  • Baggage loss or damage

  • Costs incurred due to additional overnight stays or rerouted travel

 13. Supplier Bankruptcy

If a Supplier declares bankruptcy, they may limit or discontinue service without refund. Travel advisors are not permitted to refund tickets or reservations on behalf of bankrupt Suppliers. Travel insurance is strongly recommended for this type of protection.

14. Privacy & Data Protection

Élevé Experiences values the privacy of your personal information. Your data is used solely for the purpose of planning and managing your travel arrangements and will never be sold or shared beyond necessary Suppliers.

 15. Updates to Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically to ensure clarity and accuracy. The most current version will always be available on the Élevé Experiences website and within your Travel Service Agreement.

Seller of Travel

Élevé Experiences operates as a fully accredited travel agency headquartered in the State of Georgia. While Georgia does not require a Seller of Travel registration number, Élevé Experiences complies with all applicable state and federal regulations for travel planning and booking.
